Sleeper The Sleeper Gold Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada The Sleeper Mine was an open pit mine operated by AMAX Gold from 1986 until 1996, which produced 1.66 million ounces of gold, and 2.3 million ounces of silver. Currently the Sleeper Gold Project is comprised of the original mine as well as numerous concessions that were acquired since 1996 to create a consolidated land package of approximately 30 square miles within one of the most prolific gold mining districts in the world.
Mill Creek Paramount Gold owns 100% of the Mill Creek Gold Property, which is located within the Battle Mountain-Cortez-Eureka trend in Lander County, Nevada. The Mill Creek Gold Property is located within an area that hosts prolific gold deposits, such as Placer Dome's Cortez and Pipeline projects.
Spring Valley The Spring Valley project consists of thirty-eight lode mineral claims, which are part of the West Rochester Claims totaling approximately 750 acres in the Spring Valley Area, Pershing County, Nevada.
Reese River Paramount controls three claim blocks totaling 3,000 acres in the Reese River Pediment located in Lander County, Nevada. The Reese River claims were acquired from Placer Dome and under the agreement they currently hold a 2% net returns royalty.
