Mr. Christopher Crupi is a Chartered Accountant who specializes in a host of financial advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and business valuations. His transaction experience spans several industries, including mining, software, sports and entertainment and manufacturing. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Crupi has participated in deals totaling more than $1 billion, including the sale of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and the sale of a division of the Canadian Red Cross to establish Canadian Blood Services.

Mr. Carlo A. Buffone serves as Chief Financial Officer of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. Mr. Buffone has been a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 1995. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Buffone was Corporate Controller form Huber Suhner Canada and in 1999 he was Chief Financial Officer of ivyNet Corporation in Toronto, a public company. From April 2001 to April 2005, Mr. Buffone was employed as a Corporate Development Specialist for CMA Holdings Group a management firm with over $23 billion in assets under administration where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. In April 2005 he founded Mama's Boy Wines and has since inception served as its president. The company develops wholesale sales channels for artisanal wine makers both domestically and in Europe. Mr. Buffone received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and studied mergers and acquisitions at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2004.

Glen van Treek

Mr. van Treek serves as Exploration Vice President since Jan 2011 directing all of Paramount's exploration activities. With over 20 years of experience in all stages of exploration from managing exploration programs through development projects he has honed these skills in a variety of geological environments.

Mr. Van Treek has directed numerous exploration programs at various stages in South America, Central America and Africa. His experience also includes project evaluation from exploration potential to economic assessment and valuation in BC Canada; Nevada USA and South America. Mr van Treek has managed both the tactical and strategic direction of large teams of geologist and technical personnel with responsibility for multimillion dollar budgets. He has also managed Joint Ventures between producers, consumers and government agencies.

Mr. van Treek left Teck (NYSE: TCK) to join Paramount, after 10 years in various senior positions. He came directly from Teck's Quebrada Blanca mine where he was managing production geology, resource modeling, hydrogeology and large resource expansion and exploration programs. Prior to Teck, Mr. van Treek held positions with Placer Dome in Chile, USA and Africa, and several junior mining companies, he is a graduate geologist from the University of Chile, with extensive and outstanding world wide experience.
